I know nothing to comment on Sam Altman — apparently pushed out as CEO of OpenAI today — other than he grew this into a world-changing business that’s already in the hands of 3-5% of the global population.
Also curious what OpenAi is without Sam. Much will continue, but with a power vacuum like that much will change — including company (& arguably industry) direction.
It’s crazy how Sam’s departure will change the world (not just his company). Maybe for the good, maybe not — Time will tell as more is known.
A damning statement by the board on his character (honesty) and capabilities.
