Every company in the world buys Microsoft products (likely MS office/Windows/Azure). So - growing teams to now 115M users was quite "easy".
Every company in the world also buys Salesforce products (likely Salesforce CRM suite).
If Slack is truly a better product, Salesforce should help provide exponential growth to catch up to MSFT teams soon.
